Austin's Colony is an established neighborhood in northeast Bryan, with new homes from Ranger Home Builders starting from the mid $300s. Zoned to Bryan ISD — including Rudder High School — the community is just minutes from grocery shopping, restaurants, and the heart of downtown Bryan.
